Taekwondo introduces techniques in a fun,
organized setting with an emphasis on selfconfidence
through positive encouragement,
goal-orientation and discipline. The curriculum
develops teamwork, discipline, fitness, memory,
control, focus, coordination and balance. The
program is fast-paced to hold your attention and
packed with running, jumping, rolling and flying
so you learn much more than punching and
kicking.
