H.Y.P.E. Athletics staffs coaches with experience at the high school and/or collegiate level. All coaches have been tested in the physical and verbal training of the entire sport. Former NBA and Michigan “Fab 5” member Jimmy King will be joining the H.Y.P.E. coaches to help teach the participants the fundamentals of basketball.
H.Y.P.E. Athletics is offering two six-week sessions of our School of Basketball. Our Fundamentals Camp serves as an introduction of the entire game of basketball. Our Competitive Basketball Camp is for our more advanced players and offers a training program which includes speed and agility, and development training. Each program will include 4 weeks of total offense and defense instruction and 2 weeks of games, which will offer a recreational level of competition. Participants will be divided by age.

Tuesday’s Fundamental Camp April 3, 17, May 1, 8, 15, 29
Wednesday’s Competitive Camp beginning April 4 (No camp on April 11)
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Who: Boys and Girls ages 6-14
Cost: $42 for Six Sessions (plus a $3 registration fee)
