Yoga Series

Yoga Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are new to the practice or experienced, yoga has something to offer everyone.  Each class is designed to be energizing, fun and relaxing.

Faster-paced sequences that seamlessly flow together to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while creating intense heat within the body. Be prepared to sweat and detox! You will be guided through a class flow together, then, each student can move at their own pace and adjust their practice by adding or removing postures through each flow. Accompanied with Upbeat Music. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel.  Class size is limited.

Who: Co-ed 15+
(Good for Athletes or those physically active looking to develop a strong practice)
When: Monthly (Except Holidays)
Time: Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Saturday 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Fee:  $60 Monthly

Slower-paced sequences that move you from one posture into the next with synchronized breath. This practice will challenge aerobic endurance, increase flexibility and build overall strength. Accompanied with Energizing Music. Room will be warm.  Please bring a yoga mat, water, & towel.  Class size is limited.

Who: Women ages 15+

Time:  Wednesday 8:00 am & Friday 9:00 am  or
Wednesday & Friday  7:00 pm –   8:00 pm

Yoga For The Youth

Kids Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

The Kids Yoga Program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one’s self, inside and out.

Who: Co-ed ages 6 – 14
When: Tuesday’s
September 2, 2014 – March 31, 2015
Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Where: New Kids Fitness Room (2nd Floor)
Fee: Free to members / $4 per session non-members
