Yoga Classes are suitable for ages 14+ and fitness levels. Whether you are new to the practice or experienced, yoga has something to offer everyone.  Each class is designed to be energizing, fun and relaxing.

Faster-paced sequences that seamlessly flow together to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance while creating intense heat within the body. Be prepared to sweat and detox! You will be guided through a class flow together, then, each student can move at their own pace and adjust their practice by adding or removing postures through each flow. Accompanied with Upbeat Music. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel.  Classes are woman’s only and is limited. Please see schedule here!
