Train with the best instructors in Michigan! HYPE has invested i n the future of your performance in competitive sports. The clinician, equipment,
facilities are all state of the art. Training includes personal development in the following areas: speed training, speed mechanics, form running,
strength, agility, flexibility, balance, core training, endurance building and much more. Train to be the best with the best!

Who: Co-ed ages 7 +
When: Monthly, Monday’s & Wednesday’s (Except Holidays)
Time: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Where: HRC Courts or Track
Fee: $80 (8 Training Sessions)
